At I Am Sonflower Global, we take great care in packaging and shipping your items. However, if your product arrives damaged, please follow the steps below so we can make it right:

Report the damage within 2 days of receiving your order.

A photo of the package as it was received (including any visible damage to the box or mailer).

A clear description of the damage to the product.

Your order number and full name.

Once your email is reviewed and approved, a replacement product will be shipped within 7–10 business days.
